After completing his education in the United Kingdom, Azar came back to India and turned out to be a man of warming drawers and wine towers. ‘Arete Kitchen’ was found. According to Azar, a kitchen is place where your emotions for your beloveds are expressed. In your kitchen you also cook memories. Your kitchen tells your culture. Being a culinary psychologist himself, a perfect kitchen triangle is not his priority. His kitchens are designed around the habits of the chefs – how they cook, work and live inside the space. He calls it a ‘mindful kitchen’.
